On July 30, 2024, AM Best Company (“AM Best”) upgraded our group rating for Palomar Holdings, Inc. to “A (Excellent),” outlook stable. Each of our insurance company subsidiaries carries an “A (Excellent)” rating from AM Best.
AM Best Company is a full-service credit rating organization that provides policyholders with a way to assess the financial strength of an insurance company and its ability to fulfill its financial obligations. AM Best’s Financial Strength Rating is an independent opinion of an insurer’s financial strength and ability to meet its ongoing insurance policy and contract obligations.
