Homeowners offered with Cabrillo Coastal

Available in: AL, MS, NC, NJ, RI, SC

Product Overview

  • The Homeowners 3 Special policy form is referred to as an all-risk or open peril policy, covering your home from perils such as fire, lightning, theft and wind
  • The HO3 policy also includes coverage for your personal property and other structures associated with your home, as well as temporary provisions when your home is not livable
  • Personal liability and medical payments to others are also included

Guidelines & Eligibility

  • One and two-family dwellings used for private residential purposes
  • Homes occupied as a primary, seasonal, or secondary residence are acceptable
  • No property distance to coast restrictions
  • Risk must be insured for at least 100% replacement cost
  • Risks with prior loss history, cancellations, non-renewals, and/or lapses in coverage require underwriting review
  • Properties that are vacant, unoccupied, under construction, under major renovation, or currently being remodeled are ineligible for coverage

  • Coverage A – Dwelling limits up to $800,000
  • Coverage B – Other structures, Coverage C – Contents, and Coverage D – Loss of use variable limit options available
  • Coverage E – Personal liability limits up to $500,000
  • Coverage F – Medical payments limits up to $5,000

Condominium Unit-Owner offered with Cabrillo Coastal

Product Overview

  • The Homeowners 6 policy form is specifically designed for condominium unit owners
  • The HO6 policy covers your contents and permanently attached building items inside your unit
  • If your damaged unit is not livable, the policy also includes loss of use, until it can be reasonably repaired
  • Personal liability and medical payments to others are also included, as is some coverage for loss assessment by the condominium association

Guidelines & Eligibility

  • Owner-occupied and unit-owners rentals for private residential purposes only
  • Homes occupied as a primary, seasonal, or secondary residence are acceptable
  • No property distance to coast restrictions
  • Risk must be insured for at least 100% replacement cost
  • Risks with prior loss history, cancellations, non-renewals, and/or lapses in coverage require underwriting review
  • Any properties with unrepaired damage or in a state of disrepair are ineligible for coverage

  • Coverage A – Dwelling limits up to $1mm
  • Coverage C – Contents limits up to $800,000
  • Coverage D – Loss of use up to 40% of Coverage A
  • Coverage E – Personal liability limits up to $500,000

Product Overview

  • The Dwelling Property 3 Special policy form is designed for seasonal, secondary or rental properties
  • The DP3 policy covers up to four family units
  • Since there is likely less need for extensive coverage of personal property items, as with a Homeowners 3 policy, the format allows you to save money by allowing you to only purchase the coverages you need

Guidelines & Eligibility

  • Properties may contain up to 4 apartments or units and used solely for private residential purposes
  • Seasonal/secondary owner-occupied homes and tenant occupied dwellings are acceptable
  • No property distance to coast restrictions
  • Risk must be insured for at least 100% replacement cost
  • Risks with prior loss history, cancellations, non-renewals, and/or lapses in coverage require underwriting review
  • Properties that are vacant, unoccupied, under construction, under major renovation, or currently being remodeled are ineligible for coverage

Coverage & Limits

  • Coverage A – Dwelling limits up to $1mm

  • Coverage B – Other structures, Coverage C – contents, Coverage D – fair rental value, and additional living expenses (variable limit options available)
  • Coverage E – Liability limits up to $500,000
  • Coverage F – Medical payments limits up to $5,000
  • All perils deductible options up to $2,500 or 5% of Coverage A

Homeowners Standard and Select offered with Wellington

Product Overview

  • The Standard and Select Homeowners Insurance Programs are available on properties located in the entire state of Texas
  • Standard Homeowners coverage provides 12 named perils, replacement cost on the dwelling, other structures and personal property, liability protection limit up to $300,000 and medical protection up to $5,000
  • Select Homeowners coverage provides 16 named perils, replacement cost on the dwelling, other structures and personal property, family liability protection up to $500,000 and guest medical protection up to $5,000

Guidelines & Eligibility

  • One and two-family dwellings used for private residential purposes
  • Risk must be insured for to the replacement cost value
  • Risks with prior loss history are subject to underwriting review
  • Properties in a state of disrepair or with existing damage are ineligible for coverage
  • Dwellings undergoing construction are ineligible for coverage

  • Coverage A – Dwelling protection up to $600,000
  • Coverage B – Other structures up to 50% of Coverage A
  • Coverage C – Personal property protection up to 75% of Coverage A
  • Coverage X – Family liability protection up to $500,000
  • Coverage Y – Guest medical protection up to $5,000
  • Deductible options up to 5% of Coverage A

  • The Standard Dwelling Fire Insurance Program is available on dwelling fire properties located in the entire state of Texas
  • Dwelling Fire coverage provides named perils, replacement cost on the dwelling and actual cash value on the personal property with the replacement cost option if owner occupied
  • Personal liability limit up to $300,000 and medical payments up to $2,000

Guidelines & Eligibility

  • Owner-occupied, rental, seasonal, and temporarily vacant dwellings are acceptable
  • Properties may contain up to 4 families in one dwelling (1, 2, or 3 stories)
  • Risk must be insured for to the replacement cost value
  • Risks with prior loss history are subject to underwriting review
  • Properties in a state of disrepair or with existing damage are ineligible for coverage

Coverage & Limits

  • Coverage A – Dwelling limits up to $400,000 and other structures 10% of dwelling limit
  • Coverage B – Personal property up to 60% of dwelling limit
  • Coverage C – Premises liability limits up to $300,000
  • Coverage D – Medical payments limits up to $2,000/$25,000
  • Deductible options up to 5% of Coverage A

    • Fair rental value
