The Details: The Business Development Analyst, will report to AVP, Client Development. This role will support the Client Development team’s focus on identifying and engaging production partners with the goal of stimulating continued revenue growth. The Analyst will assist the team with research, analysis, marketing strategy and operational support. The Analyst will promote efficient and effective processes though a clear understanding of the systems available to the group. The Analyst will assist the AVP, Client Development in the support of key strategic partners and the identification, acquisition and onboarding of new strategic partnerships.

What will you do? 

  • Directly work alongside the Client Development team 
  • Manage all data with Palomar’s CRM related to existing and prospective producer information
  • Study market trends to identify areas of opportunity for Palomar to pursue
  • Define strategic points of view and translate them into actionable insights for the Client Development team
  • Proactively identify and prioritize needs & opportunities to address in partnership with Client Development
  • Develop creative deliverables including presentations, videos, and research-based collateral
  • Analyze Client Development activity and conversion into sales to develop insights that can be used to improve processes and results
  • Provide operational support to AVP, Client Development on new and existing strategic partnership

What we are looking for: 

  • This position is open to recent graduates and individuals with up to 2 years of professional experience including internships in a data driven role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRM is a plus 
  • Analytical, data oriented and driven individual with demonstrated experience in gathering and analyzing data to create actionable insights
